Cancellation Policy

If you have mistakenly purchased or clicked incorrectly, and wish to cancel your order. Please send us an email with the cancellation request and reason within 24 hours of placing the orders.
If your request is beyond the time limit, it is assumed that you no longer wish to cancel the order.

 

Return Policies

We can offer you replacements or return at no additional cost if the products are damaged/broken upon arrival or wrong in size or type.
If you encounter such a situation, please contact with us via email first.

For any other circumstances, please submit your request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Step 1 - Contact Us via Email: Send us an email at maxkosko@maxkosko.com and it will be appreciated to attach clear photos of the product you intend to return. Besides, please include your order number in your email.
Step 2 - Review and Confirmation: Please allow us 24 hours to process your request. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Step 3 - Ship the Item Back: You may use a shipping carrier of your choice (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL) to return the item to the address we provide.(Notice: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.)
Step 4 - Provide Tracking Information: After returning the item, please email us the tracking number from your chosen shipping carrier within 3 days.
Step 5 - Receiving the Returned Item: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. (The item is unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging.)
Step 6 - Refund Process: If the returned item is in acceptable condition, we will initiate a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Notice: We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return criteria.

Refund policy

During the one-year warranty period, we fully assume responsibility for any product with a manufacturing defect. You need to make sure the damage is not because of man-made sabotage. Providing relevant photos and videos will help a quick review of your application. Once approved, we will promptly process your refund.

We will process your return, refund request within 48 hours. Refunds will be credited to your account via the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
