Order Modification & Cancellation
At MAXKOSKO, we prioritize rapid order processing to ensure your winter protection products arrive as quickly as possible. Please read our updated cancellation guidelines to understand how your order is handled:
Same-Day Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team at maxkosko@maxkosko.com no later than 24:00 (Midnight) EST/PST on the day the order was placed.
Automated Dispatch Protocol: Once the midnight deadline has passed, our system automatically synchronized your order with our logistics center for immediate picking and packing. At this stage, the order flow is finalized and cannot be manually halted.
Shipping & Return Responsibility: If a cancellation request is submitted after the order has entered the fulfillment process or has already been dispatched, we are unable to intercept the package. In these instances, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees required to send the item back to our facility.
How to Request: To process your cancellation, please simply send us an email including your Order Number.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product arrives damaged or defective.
The wrong item, size, or type was received.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at maxkosko@maxkosko.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email maxkosko@maxkosko.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
Approval & Return Instructions: We will review your request within 24 hours and provide the return address if approved.
Ship the Item Back: Use your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
--If the return or exchange is due to non-product-related reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong order placement), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Provide Tracking Information: Email us the tracking number within 3 days of shipment.
Refund/Replacement Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within 7 days.
Note: We reserve the right to decline returns if the product is used, damaged due to improper handling, or missing parts.
Refund Policy
If a product has a manufacturing defect within our one-year warranty, we will provide a full refund or replacement after verification.
1. Please provide photos/videos showing the defect for faster processing.
2. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after approval and credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
For non-product-related returns, any shipping costs incurred during the process will be the customer’s responsibility.
