Can I use a 3" spacing distance from walls and cabinets for this product or do I use the 3.6" spacing?
You can use a 3‘’ spacing distance for the floor heating cable.
Typically, a 3.6‘’ spacing is the standard interval, but using a 3‘’ spacing is also acceptable. -
I am curious to know if I need to have a base membrane installed for this product or can I simply adhere the wire directly to the subfloor and then pour a self leveling compound over the wire and then instsall tile material over that?
You can use a base membrane alongside the floor heating cable, or you can opt for a simpler approach using cable guide straps as accessories to temporarily secure the wire during installtion.
After securing the wire, you can proceed to pour a self-leveling compound over it and then install the tile material. -
I'm interested in your 50sq ft heat cable system and want to know about 120V or 220V?
it is compatible with 120V.

I have a Honeywell thermostat TH115-AF-GA/U, can it be use for 2 sections of 10sf rooms?
The thermostat you need is designed specifically for floor heating and typically comes with a floor sensor. I believe the Honeywell thermostat should be suitable.
