120V Electric Heated Floor Mat Kit
MAXKOSKO Electric Heated Floor Mat provides pre-spaced radiant floor heating for bathrooms, kitchens, entryways, basements, and other indoor renovation projects.
The heating cable is secured to a self-adhesive fiberglass mesh for faster layout in open floor areas. The mesh can be cut and turned to change direction, but the blue heating cable must never be cut, shortened, crossed, or overlapped.
Choose the Heating Mat Only package when you already have a compatible thermostat, or select the All-in-One Smart Kit for a pre-matched WiFi thermostat package.

Important Before Ordering
Select the Correct Mat Size and Package
120V System: This product is designed for a compatible 110–120V electrical circuit. Confirm the available supply voltage before ordering.
Measure Net Heated Area: Exclude toilets, cabinets, vanities, tubs, appliances, and other permanent fixtures from the heating calculation.
Choose a Mat No Larger Than the Heated Area: Select a mat equal to or slightly smaller than the open floor area. The heating cable cannot be shortened to fit.
Mesh Can Be Cut—Cable Cannot: Only cut the fiberglass mesh backing. Never cut, nick, shorten, cross, or overlap the blue heating cable.
Choose the Package Carefully: The Heating Mat Only option does not include a thermostat. The All-in-One Smart Kit includes the compatible WiFi thermostat.
Thermostat and Floor Sensor Required: Every installation requires a compatible electric floor heating thermostat and properly positioned floor sensor.
Ground-Fault Protection Required: The floor heating circuit must include code-compliant grounding and ground-fault protection. Final connection should be completed by a qualified electrician.

- Plan the heated floor area and select the correct mat size before installation.
- Test and record the mat resistance before, during, and after installation.
- Install the floor sensor between two heating cable runs without touching the cable.
- Cut only the mesh backing when turning or redirecting the mat.
- Keep the heating cable spacing unchanged and prevent crossing or overlapping.
- Embed the complete heating mat in suitable thin-set, mortar, concrete, or another approved material.
- Do not install beneath permanent fixtures or in walls, ceilings, cabinets, or stairs.

Use the Installation Alarm Throughout the Project
Connect the alarm monitor before floor installation begins and leave it active during the main installation stages.

I have 2 rooms totalling 150 sq ft that I would like to operate as one controllable area. Can I order 3x 50 sq ft kits and connect them ? Or 1x 100 sq ft + 1x 50 sq ft kit? Also, can these be hooked up to 220 service or are they 110 service only ?
I recommend going with 1x 100 sq ft kit and 1x 50 sq ft kit, then connecting both kits to your thermostat for control.
Please note that you'll need to purchase a thermostat specifically designed for electric floor heating.
Typically, such thermostats come with a floor sensor to ensure accurate temperature control.
